rummet

Terms of service

Draft — under legal review. The consumer commitments below are how the product is built and will not weaken in the final text.

What Rummet is

Rummet generates photorealistic AI restyles of photos you upload of your own rooms, gardens, balconies, and patios, and suggests real products that match the design. Renders are AI-generated visualizations — inspiration, not construction or planting advice. Check with professionals before structural, electrical, or major landscaping decisions.

Credits and packs

One render costs one credit. Credits from one-time packs never expire. Subscription credits roll over for one month. If a render fails, the credit is restored automatically — a failed generation never costs you money.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled in two clicks from your account page, effective at the end of the paid period. We never raise the price of an active subscription without telling you first and giving you the chance to cancel.

Refunds and withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital services this is handled with the standard waiver at checkout, and our refund policy sits above it: contact support within 60 days and we refund purchases where the pack is substantially unused. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose receipt you also receive.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos of spaces you have the right to photograph, with no people in them. No unlawful, harmful, or explicit content — the upload gate enforces this and repeated attempts can lead to account closure. No scraping, reselling of renders as a service, or abuse of rate limits and the free tier.

Your content and our outputs

Your photos remain yours; you grant us only the license needed to run the service (storing, processing, and rendering them for you). We never train models on them. Generated renders are licensed to you for personal use — Pro subscriptions include a commercial license. All renders carry machine-readable AI-provenance marks, and free-tier renders carry a visible watermark.

Service changes and liability

We may evolve features, styles, and engines. If we ever discontinue the service, unused pack credits are refunded pro rata. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such limits — your statutory consumer rights are never affected.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are an EU consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence stay with you, and you can also use the European Commission's dispute-resolution platform. For any issue, support@rummet.net is the fastest route — our support agent responds within minutes and can escalate to the owner.
